EWF Invest GmbH sees itself as an opportunistic holding company with a focus on small and medium-sized, producing industrial companies in order to maintain this in the long term and to further develop it in cooperation with management and partners. Targets are companies that can generate sales of EUR 10 million within 4 to 6 years. In contrast to traditional private equity companies, the EWF sees itself as an active partner, supporting its investments not only through financing expertise but also through entrepreneurial know-how.
